Parents & Safety

What Tessik is, and why it's a calm place to leave your kid.

What Tessik is

Tessik is a gentle building game for kids roughly 6–14. You explore a bright world made of crystal blocks and build whatever you can imagine — towers, castles, hideouts. That's the whole game. There's no timer, no score to chase, no way to lose, and no one to compete against.

Safe by design

We built Tessik so a parent doesn't have to hover. It runs right in the browser and:

✓ No ads ✓ Nothing to buy ✓ No accounts or sign-up ✓ No chat or messaging ✓ No other players ✓ No links out to the web

There is nothing in the game that asks a child for money, for personal details, or to talk to a stranger — because none of those things exist in it.

What we collect: nothing personal

Tessik does not ask for, or store, your child's name, age, email, location, photos, or any other personal information. There is no account to create and no form to fill in.

Your child's built worlds and settings are saved on your own device, in the browser, so they're there next time. That saved data stays on the device — it isn't sent to us or to anyone else, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.

The one thing we do count is anonymous visits. When the game loads it sends a random code — created on the device, with no name, email, or any personal detail attached — so we can see how many people play and whether they come back. It's aggregate only, can't identify your child, is never sold or shared, and clearing your browser's site data resets it. That's the extent of it.

Beyond that anonymous count, Tessik collects no personal information from anyone — so there's nothing for us to sell, share, or lose. This is deliberate: it's the simplest way to keep a kids' product safe and to stay on the right side of children's privacy rules like COPPA.

Playing offline & installing

On a phone or tablet you can add Tessik to the home screen and it opens like an app, full-screen, and keeps working without a connection. Nothing about installing it creates an account or shares any data.

Questions?

We're happy to hear from grown-ups. If anything here is unclear, or you'd like a world removed from your device and aren't sure how, reach out and we'll help.
